Want more visitors to your site?
Pay-per-click (PPC) can guarantee you #1 position on Google, Yahoo and almost all other search engines. That means more, new and targeted visitors to your web site.
PPC is the way search engines have devised to charge advertisers to appear on the search result page for selected keywords or key phases. The idea is quite simple, the more you are prepared to pay, the higher up the list your advert (which usually links to your web site) will appear. If you are prepared to pay more than your competitors, your site gets put at the top. No argument.
PPC can be very cost effective advertising. Your adverts are displayed whenever someone searches for your targeted keyword or key phrase. You pay nothing for your ads to be shown, but are charged a fee every time someone clicks on your advert and visits your site. Nothing is wasted.
Trade Internet run PPC campaigns for many customers from lots of different industries. For just £99 you can have a #1 listing on Google within 24 hours. Call us on 0845 367 0245 for more information.
The world top 10 pay-per-click search engines (in order of importance) are:
1. Google AdWords. At the moment Google is the worlds major search engine. With PPC it is possible to achieve top positions within the Google search results almost instantly, something that can take months with conventional SEO.
Cost: You can set up a Google AdWords account yourself for just £5, and then decide on a monthly budget; but it takes time, and unless you know the system, it is easy to waste money whilst learning how to use it properly. Trade Internet charge £99 to set up the account for you + the £5 Google fee. We will then advise on, monitor, and refine your campaign to maximize its effectiveness.
We say: The easiest and the best PPC. Essential.
2. Overture. Overture is owned by Yahoo, and next to Google is the biggest PPC provider. Overture places its customers adverts on the search results of Yahoo, MSN, Lycos, AltaVista and other important search engines.
Cost: Again you can set up an Overture account yourself, for free, or $199 if you want Overtures' hand holding service. But be careful... Unlike Google you pay for your advertising in advance and there is a minimum monthly spend of £20.00. It is very easy to spend a lot of dosh for no results with Overture as the system is complex and difficult to use. We charge £99 to set up your account and will then advise on, monitor, and refine your campaign to maximize its effectiveness.
We say: Effective but complicated. Use if you are maxed-out with Google.
3. to 10. We say: Only consider any of this list if you are maxed-out on both Google and Overture, and are hell bent on using another PPC service.
3. Findwhat: Partnerships include Excite.com, Webcrawler, Search.com,
MetaCrawler, Dogpile, and others.
4. Enhance: This PPC provider has some good partners and a low cost per click.
5. 7Search: Covers over 700 search engines (but not the big ones) and according to traffic ranker Alexa.com, is the second most visited pay-per-click search engine!
6. Kanoodle: Well here's the link, make up your own mind.
7. Bay9. You can bid on search terms in any language, but so what?
8. Brainfox: Gets its stuff DMOZ; buts thats the only good thing I can think to say about it.
9. Sprink: Its £100 to get you going, that more than Google and Overture! Go figure.
10. GoClick: Because I said I would list ten.
There are tones of other pay-per-click search engines on the web; but with
Google and Overture covering most of the major search engines, why bother?
Unless of course there is a good industry specific search engine that you are
interested in.
