Once you have registered & set-up a domain, e-mail can be recieved through that domain.
There are 2 ways to deal with your e-mail which are explained below.
All e-mail accounts on Level 2 and 3 hosting packages have filtering to screen for viruses and spam/junk mail as standard.
POP3 mailbox
Send your e-mail to a POP3 mailbox - it can then be accessed via our free webmail or via a remote mail program such as Outlook.
Your POP3 mailbox can be any size you like, but we recommend a minimum of 5Mb. If you run out of space, any new e-mails will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.
E-mail redirection
Your e-mail can be redirected to another e-mail address.
This can be done in three ways;
1 - Individual mail forwarding
Specific accounts can be redirected to a specific e-mail address, or to a POP3 mailbox.
e.g.
john.smith@yourdomain.com
-> johnnysmith@hotmail.com
peter.frances@yourdomain.com
-> bouncysheep@btinternet.co.uk
agatha.christie@yourdomain.com
-> suspensenovels@freeserve.net
2 - Domain forwarding
All e-mails to your domain will be a new address.
