Creating a new POP3 mail account in Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express

This page guides you through the set-up wizard;

Display Name / Name
The name that the e-mails you send will appear (to the recipient) to be from.

E-mail Address
This is the address you wish e-mails you send to be from.

Incoming mail server
Select POP3
Incoming server address
mail.YOURDOMAIN.COM (e.g. mail.tradeinternet.co.uk)
Outgoing mail server
same as incoming mail server

Account Name / Username
for your e-mail account
Password: for your e-mail account
(Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) should NOT be ticked)
